As a mother, I know that the growing years can often be puzzling, but behavior is usually a young persons way of telling us about something important happening in their life. Therapy can reveal that hidden message and give kids the ability to go about things more constructively. I believe the family is a crucial part of any therapy with a child and ask that parents are actively involved in the process. I am a fully Licensed Counselor and a Washington State Child Mental Health Specialist.
